SHIPPING POLICY
-Free shipping on all orders of $75!
Please allow 1-3 business days for order to process. This does NOT include weekends. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to Contact@IndyNicole.com
f your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the selected mail carrier for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the mail carrier. It is then the responsibility of said carrier to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. RETURN POLICY
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. IndyNicole does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
Items must be in original unworn condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted. Please be mindful of makeup and deodorant, stained garments will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items indicated by $xx.99 and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
